RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty one (31) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Warranty Service: Customers are entitled to demand warranty service for a duration of two years from the date of purchase made on the sebaskates.com website.
● Return Declination for Products Subjected to Incorrect Usage: Returns may be declined if the product has been subjected to incorrect usage.
● Return Declination for Worn-out Changeable Parts: Returns may be declined if the customer's request is related to changeable parts that have naturally worn out over time, including wheels, straps, buckles, liner, frame, screws, and similar components.
● Return Declination for Unapproved Returns: Any return that has not been approved by the warranty service will be declined.
● Wrong Product Received: If the customer receives the wrong product, they should contact us immediately, providing the order number and a photograph of the item received in error.
● Acceptance of Returns for Defective Products: We accept returns if the customer has received a product that exhibits a defect.
● Partial Product Repairs: In cases where a defect is identified, we will only change or repair the defective part of the product, rather than replacing the entire product.
